WWWE Logo Script

In the purest sense, a script defines a set of activities or speeches that must be repeated in sequence the same way every time the script is followed. For Web-related matters, this term usually refers to a CGI program written in an interpreted programming language, such as Perl. Because a program written in an interpreted language must be executed step-by-step each time it's called, it behaves exactly like a script-- which is why it's called one!
